I have no idea, but I'll make an educated guess on this. =)
It's a SQVP, it is of a lesser year so I would assume it has passed it's prime.
SQVP's are usually made in the in between years of widely declared vintages and usually mature a lot faster. It also matters a lot how it has been stored '67-now. But if the cork is still good it should be drinkable.
